1. Information we handle

Information stored on your device

Game progress and preferences, including scores, statistics, achievements, tutorial progress, and settings, are stored on your device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple or Google processes in-app payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID, purchase receipt or token, subscription status, transaction history, and basic device and App information to validate purchases and unlock purchased features. We do not receive your payment card details.

Advertising data

Google AdMob displays ads in the App and may process:

• IP address and approximate location;
• advertising and device identifiers;
• App and ad interactions, such as impressions, clicks, and video views;
• device, App, and diagnostic information.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud. Where required, the App asks for consent before personalized advertising. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized or contextual ads.

Leaderboards and platform gaming services

Optional leaderboards use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. If you sign in, the platform processes your player identifier, display name, score, and rank. Your display name and score may be visible to other players according to your platform settings.

Support and website use

If you contact us, we receive your message, email address, and anything else you choose to send. Our website host processes basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the App, validate purchases, provide leaderboards, display and measure ads, prevent fraud, diagnose problems, respond to support requests, and comply with law. Where required, we rely on your consent, including for personalized ads.

We use the following providers to operate the App and website:

We do not sell personal information for money. Information is shared only with these providers for the purposes above, when required by law, or to protect safety and security. Personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some laws. Providers are required to give user data the same or equivalent protection described in this policy. They may process information in other countries under their own privacy policies.

4. Your choices

• Advertising: use the App’s privacy choices and your iOS, Android, or Google account settings to manage personalized ads and advertising identifiers.
• Leaderboards: you can choose not to sign in and can manage privacy through Game Center or Play Games.
• Local data: reset it in the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
• Subscriptions: manage or cancel them through your App Store or Google Play account. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you reset it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App. We keep support messages only as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations.

Our providers retain information according to their policies and as needed to provide their services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Some purchase records must be retained for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. To request deletion of information controlled by Astro Tilt, email privacy@astrotilt.com. We will let you know if a request must be made directly to a provider.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify it and may be unable to identify data held only under an anonymous identifier.

7. Children’s privacy

Astro Tilt is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will be posted here.
